Vermont homes

Residential cleaning for homeowners, tenants, and landlords

One-time, recurring, deep, and move-in/move-out cleaning. Tell us about the home and we will confirm scope and pricing before work begins. Vacation rental hosts should use Hosts, not this form.

Homes, not listings

No Airbnb or guest-turnover questions.

Assessed, then quoted

Unusual conditions are reviewed before extra labor is approved.

Invoice after approval

Approved clients use the existing VelocityMaid portal — not prepaid booking.

After the clean

Done. Documented. Paid.

You should not need a phone call to understand what happens next. This is the close: photos, one pay link, and the cleaner is lined up to be paid.

  1. Step 1

    Tell us the home

Address, rooms, and when you want it done. No card until you approve the quote.

  2. Step 2

    We confirm coverage and price

Invoice after approval — not prepaid booking. We will say if the schedule does not work.

  3. Step 3

    We clean and document

Photos show the work is finished. You do not have to wonder.

  4. Step 4

    Photos, then pay

You get a pay link in the portal and by email. Card or Zelle.

  5. Step 5

    We pay the cleaner

Their payout is queued when the job is marked complete.

Request a residential estimate

Mobile-friendly. We use this to understand the home — not to charge a card or create a scheduled job.

  • Standard, recurring, deep, or move-in/out
  • Condition notes help us plan labor honestly
  • A small one-bedroom can still need five or more hours when condition is severe

Recurring preference is noted for planning. Each visit is scheduled as its own service — we do not auto-create a repeating series.

Laundry and bed-making

Laundry requested

Bed-making or linen reset

Condition assessment

Bedroom count and square footage do not set the price by themselves. Unusual conditions are assessed before any extra work is approved.
